Why volleyball for juniors?

Volleyball is a sport that requires a lot of movement and coordination, and it is a great way for children to stay active and healthy. The program has also helped children develop better hand-eye coordination, as well as improved their reflexes, reaction time and decision making.

In addition to the physical benefits, the program has also had a positive impact on the children's mental and emotional well-being. Volleyball is a team sport, and the program has helped children develop teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.

It will also help them build self-confidence and self-esteem. The children have made new friends and have formed a sense of community through the sport.

The program has been well-received by both the children and their parents. The children are excited to be part of the program and look forward to the practices and games. The parents are happy to see their children involved in a positive and healthy activity, and they have noticed a positive change in their children's behavior and attitude.
