Adult Recreational Sessions

Complete beginner or looking for casual volleyball sessions?

Rockets Recreational sessions offer a friendly, welcoming environment for adult beginners to be introduced to the sport.

No volleyball experience necessary and no commitment expected!

Feel free to come by yourself or with a friend or two, we’ll make sure to give you a warm welcome!

Each session is led by volunteers who are there to facilitate games and help new faces get involved. They’ll be more than happy to help you.

What to expect

Our recreational sessions are mostly games. Participants will have some time to warm up before the group is split into teams that play short games in round-robin style.

Details

Sessions run twice a week:

• Monday 18:30-20:00

• Saturday 14:00-16:00

Each session is bookable via the Spond app.

Sessions cost £6.50 each, which needs to be paid upon booking.

Participants will be turned away from sessions if they have not booked!

If the session is full then you can join the waiting list in case anybody drops out.

This session is open for anyone over 18 years old.
